Garage Program

Garage offer daily WOD's (Workout of the day) online.  These workouts are based on functional movement patterns, that are constantly varied, challenging, and results based.  Our programming is based on your time, energy, and goals

Garage also offers multiple other WOD tracks to choose from (Weightlifting, Powerlifting, etc.).

Offered daily

Variety is the spice of life, we provide daily workouts with scalings options to fit any fitness level and space/equipment needs.

WOD's are available on private social media channels as well as on the Garage App.

Offered Weekly

Garage offers an optional weekly workout for glute and thigh development...not for all particiapnts and members, but for those who are interested the workout is there for you to complete at your leisure.

Offered daily

Whole body warm-up routines for ideal WOD preparation. 

Warm-up routines are whole body, focused on mobility, improved range of motion, and movement preparation.  Foam rolling, stretching, core activation, and specific movement practice will be offered.

Once a week

Who does not love training abs - once a week we will provide a core/abdominal circuit designed to tone and build your midsection.  

Programmed weekly to be completed as many times as you like.  A great post WOD ab routine to be done 3-4x/week.

Offered Weekly

Garage offers a weekly GUN SHOW wod, which is a functional hypertrophy wod focused on upper body muscle development; think arms, chest, shoulders, and back....why? Why not?

Garage Seminars

Garage will be offering one day seminars on "how to GARAGE".  These seminars will cover mechanics and techniques on all basic Garage exercises as well as how to use Garage optimally.  This is by no means a mandatory aspect to joining Garage, but will be offered as continuing education seminars for participants on an ongoing basis.
